West Sussex:
To celebrate Social Enterprise Day, WSSEN launched the 5th West Sussex Social Enterprise Innovation Award, which is now open for entries. The prize this year is a fantastic £4,000. This award supports social enterprises in West Sussex and is run by the West Sussex Social Enterprise Network together with, and sponsored by, West Sussex County Council. We are looking for social enterprise ideas that are both innovative and can demonstrate clear economic, social or environmental benefits. For further information please see the guidelines and entry form on the WSSEN Website.   If you are interested in submitting your social enterprise business idea please complete the entry form and return it by post or email (preferred). Social Vision 2010 - South East Regional Finalists
The ‘Social Vision: business at its best' competition set out to find images that show the unique and transformative work of social enterprise.
In the South East, three photographs were selected back in October 2010 (out of an impressive 44 entries!) and put through to the National heats to compete with other Regional finalists.  The three selected from the South East were from:

The National heats have been judged and we are pleased to announce that the South East Regional Winner is NebMedia Ltd - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! NebMedia Ltd will now be going head to head in an online public vote where the National winner will be crowned the winner of Social Vision 2010. The winner will be announced at an evening reception in London on Tuesday 30 November. GOOD LUCK NebMedia!!!!!!
